How to Measure Your Feet

Finding the right fit is simple.

Step 1

Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor with one edge against a wall.

Step 2

Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall while wearing your usual athletics socks.

Step 3

Mark the tip of your longest toe.

Step 4

Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.

Step 5

Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

Step 6

Match your measurement to the size chart above to select your ideal size.

Top Tip: Measure your feet later in the day when they are naturally at their largest. This helps ensure the most comfortable fit for training and competition.
