How To Measure Your Feet

  1. Place a piece of paper flat on the floor against a wall.
  2. Stand on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.
  3. Mark the tip of your longest toe.
  4. Measure from the wall to the toe mark in centimetres.
  5. Repeat for both feet and use the larger measurement.
  6. Match your measurement to the size chart above.

Sizing Tip

For competition spikes, many athletes prefer a snug fit for maximum responsiveness. If you prefer a little extra comfort or room for growth, consider selecting approximately 0.5cm additional space.
