How to Measure Your Foot
For the best fit, measure your feet before ordering.
You will need: a sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, a ruler or tape measure, and the socks you normally wear with your throwing shoes.
-
Place the paper on a hard floor, with one edge against a wall.
-
Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall. Keep your weight evenly distributed.
-
Mark the tip of your longest toe. Ask someone to help if necessary.
-
Measure the distance from the wall-side edge of the paper to your mark. Record the length in centimetres.
-
Measure both feet. Use the measurement of your longer foot when choosing a size.
-
Compare your measurement with the size chart and select the closest suitable size, allowing enough room for comfortable movement.
Throwing-shoe fitting tip: Your shoes should feel secure through rotational movements without pinching your toes or allowing excessive heel movement. If you are between sizes, check the seller's specific sizing advice before ordering.
Get ready to throw!
Whether you are developing your technique or preparing for your next competition, choose footwear that supports your training and throwing movements.
