How To Measure Your Feet
- Place a piece of paper on a flat floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Repeat for both feet and use the longer measurement.
- Compare your measurement to the size chart above.
Sizing Tip
For competition spikes, many athletes prefer a snug fit for better responsiveness and performance. If you prefer extra comfort or are still growing, allow approximately 0.5cm additional space.
