How to Measure Your Feet

Finding the perfect fit is easy.

Step 1

Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor against a wall.

Step 2

Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Wear the socks you intend to use during training or competition.

Step 3

Mark the tip of your longest toe.

Step 4

Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.

Step 5

Repeat the process for your other foot and use the larger measurement.

Step 6

Compare your measurement with the size chart above to select your correct size.

Top Tip: Measure your feet in the evening, when they are naturally at their largest, to ensure the most comfortable fit.
